Terms: Pricing is based on standard seat cushion sizes of 24"x24" each. If we find any signs of urine, we’ll need to apply a special treatment to help reduce any lingering odor. It’s super helpful if you can have the material type and tag info ready—it just helps us take better care of your pieces! And if you’ve got pets at home, a quick vacuum before we arrive can help avoid any extra pet hair removal fees. Residential pricing only—commercial and multifamily rates vary. Bulk discounts are available. All prices must be verified with our office AND technicians. Terms: Pricing includes one HVAC system. Homes with multiple HVAC systems require additional cleaning time, specialized equipment, and labor, as each system has its own ductwork, vents, and components that must be cleaned separately to ensure the best air quality and performance.
