Welcome to Hernandez Carpet Cleaning! We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. PRICE & PAYMENT:
- Accepted payment methods are debit cards, credit cards, cash, money orders, or checks. Payment is due on the day of service.
- Financing is available for services over $500. If you are interested, please request an application from Hernandez.
- Prices discussed over the phone are estimates and subject to change after the technician's onsite detailed quote. If you agree, the technician will immediately proceed with the service.
- For vacant homes, we collect payment after the pre-inspection and before the start of the service. Please be prepared with payment.
CANCELLATIONS & FEES:
- A $60 service call fee applies if the service is cancelled without proper notice.
- The same $60 service call fee applies if the service is declined or the appointment converts into an estimate.
- We have a minimum fee charge of $150 for most services. To get the best value, we recommend including more areas in your service. If services are removed, the minimum charge of $150 will still apply.
TIME & CONFIRMATION:
- We operate in 3-hour windows. We may arrive anytime within the scheduled window. Time frames are subject to change to ensure top-quality service. We will notify you in advance.
- A Business Day Prior: We will call to confirm the appointment.
- 20 Minutes Prior: We will call to confirm that you are ready for the service.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
While we try our best to meet special requests, we cannot guarantee them. We don't guarantee a preferred technician and we don't guarantee a timeframe. We also do not guarantee outcomes for services on pre-existing conditions or existing damage. We focus on significantly improving your home's cleanliness and delivering outstanding service.
GUARANTEE
- Our Promise: If you are not satisfied with the service experience, let us know within 7 days from the date of service. We will return at NO CHARGE and NO OBLIGATION to correct the situation. If you are still unimpressed, we will give you a 100% refund. What do you have to lose?
- The client must allow us the opportunity to inspect and fix the issue before requesting a refund.
- We will issue a 100% refund up to $1,000.00 upon request from the client.
- The money-back guarantee is void if we recommend a service on the original service date and it gets declined by the client or their representative.
- Once an account is deemed delinquent, we will forward the account to our Collection Agency. Collection fees will be added to the principal balance.
SERVICES:
- Carpet Cleaning:
- Stain removal, treatments, repairs, and furniture moving are not included in the standard deep cleaning.
- To prepare for your service, please clear the service areas of personal items and secure any pets.
- Excel dry time of your carpet and/or furniture by following these helpful tips: turn up your thermostat during cold seasons, due to high humidity in warm seasons "Do NOT open windows", rather turn on Ceiling fans and/or AC, allowing at least 12 to 24 hours dry time. Do NOT walk on the carpet with street shoes during the first 12 Hrs.
- Avoid slipping when walking from damp carpet onto non-carpeted areas. Important!
- Carpets that are loose at seams, along walls, concrete floors, or incorrect installations are cleaned at the customer's own risk.
- Furniture Moving:
- If the Furniture Moving Service is requested, we will move the furniture that can be safely moved in the presence of an adult, this usually excludes King size Beds and other items.
- Please clear out any fragile items, knickknacks, or electronics in order for us to move furniture.
- We will move furniture on the same day of the service in one trip.
- Air Ducts:
- Please advise/notify EVERYONE in the home that we will be accessing the vents.
- Have the vent areas (directly above or below) free from personal items and remove breakables prior to the tech's arrival.
- Secure pets, if any.
- Please keep an eye on the children while the Vent cleaning service is ongoing.
- The vent cleaning service is a little bit noisy. (If you are working from home or have any newborns, it may be uncomfortable.
- Dryer Vent:
- Please advise/notify EVERYONE in the home that we will be accessing the laundry room area.
- Have your Laundry Room area free from personal items (e.g., underwear, clothing, shoes, and other personal items). Please remove breakables, if any, prior to Tech's arrival.
- Secure pets, if any.
- Please keep an eye on the children while the Dryer Vent cleaning service is ongoing.
- The Dryer Vent cleaning service is a little bit noisy. (If you are working from home or have any newborns, it may be uncomfortable.)
